Website maintenance plans start from R1,500 per month. The plan covers platform and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, performance checks and a monthly content change allowance. We quote the right plan based on your site's complexity.
What happens if my website goes down?
Maintenance clients get priority support. We monitor for downtime and respond quickly. If the site goes down, we diagnose and restore it as a matter of priority — not as a billable add-on.
Can I make content changes under a maintenance plan?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly allowance for content changes — updating copy, adding a staff member, listing a new service, changing images. Larger structural changes are quoted separately.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes, in most cases. We assess the site first to understand what it was built on, what its current state is, and whether we can support it properly. We will tell you honestly if we cannot.
