Services

18dev provides website design, development, SEO and related digital services. All work is governed by a written brief and quotation agreed in advance. Work does not begin until a brief is signed and a deposit received (where applicable).

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects are scoped and priced on a fixed-fee basis. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted as change requests before any additional work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the design and content created for their project. 18dev retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licence terms.

Warranties and liability

18dev builds websites to the best of its professional ability and in accordance with current best practices. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
